Our Process

We strive to make our process is as hustle-free as possible

Concept meeting

We identify client’s project needs and draft an estimate. Depending on the services requested, this may be a simple estimate or a detailed project schedule complete with BQ.

Grind

Once the client is satisfied and the contract is signed, an invoice for the deposit is then sent to the client. Client then pays the deposit and our team starts working on the project, be it 3D modelling, BIm & VDC etc,

Interim Meetings

In between the project period, we will be in regular communication with the client to discuss how far we have gone and areas needing changes to ensure we are delivering what the client needs. Interim payments may be made in accordance with the contract clauses.

Final delivery

The finished project is then delivered to the client and if they are satisfied, the final payment is then made. if not, changes are made and an invoice sent to client.
