G+5 residential apartment
This project involved architectural design of a G=+5 apartment followed by the structural design. The effects of soft story needed to be taken into account when doing he structural design due to the presence of a car park on the ground floor which meant walls could not be built to brace the columns.
Landscaping works
This project involved doing some landscaping works including leveling of the ground, planting the grass and the flowers and building the retaining walls and the staircases.
