integrated project delivery (IPD)

We offer an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) service which combines all the above services into one service and it entails the following:

1. Concept Design: This initial stage involves working closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the project. Alternate Mechanics may provide concept sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to help clients visualize the design possibilities and make informed decisions.

2. Design Development: Once the concept is approved, Alternate Mechanics would proceed to develop the design further. This involves creating detailed architectural plans, refining the design elements, and incorporating any necessary structural or engineering considerations.

3. Construction Documentation: At this stage, the company would generate the necessary construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules. These documents serve as a guide for contractors and construction teams during the implementation phase.

4. Project Management: Alternate Mechanics may take on the role of project manager, overseeing the construction process. They would coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the project progresses according to the design intent and timeline.

5. Construction Administration: Throughout the construction phase, Alternate Mechanics would conduct site visits, review progress, and address any design or construction-related issues that may arise. They would collaborate closely with contractors to ensure the project is executed to the highest standards.

6. Project Completion: Once construction is finished, Alternate Mechanics would inspect the final result, ensuring that it aligns with the design and meets the client’s expectations. They may also assist with any post-construction services, such as interior design, landscaping, or final touch-ups.

By covering all stages of construction, from concept design to project completion, Alternate Mechanics provides a comprehensive approach that allows clients to have a seamless experience and ensures the successful realization of their architectural projects.
